• If after viewing the materials in this course you feel that you are unable to learn pet grooming, and you would like to return this course, you must contact me within 14 day from the time you receive the package and arrangements for the return will be made.  Returns will not be accepted after the 14 day grace period.

• Any items that are returned in a condition that cannot be resold, such as writing in the books, damaged disks, etc, invalidates our fourteen day money back guarantee policy immediately.
